Colouring I
Rememeber that this tutorial is for you to learn something; it is not for you to copy my style, my ideas, and the exact avatar [with maybe a little alteration]. You may not distribute this tutorial or use it any way; you may only learn how to use different tools on Photoshop from this tutorial.In this tutorial, you will be learning how to turn an image (such as the first one shown) to the second image using blending options and the opacity with different layers to adjust by using gradients.
<--- save the image before starting the tutorial.
Step 1: After you have saved the image, open it. Step 2: Duplicate the Background (the image you opened) and set it to Screen 100%. Now there are two of the same images.
Step 3: Create a new layer and use the pink ligh gradient and set it to Lighten 100%.
Step 4: Do the same thing as Step 3 except this time the gradient will be the light minty green gradient. (Remember always to drag the gradient tool from the top to bottom from dark to light) and set it to Soft Light 44%.
Step 5: Lastly, fill in the 5th layer (as shown in the image) and fill it in with black. Set it to Overlay 18%.
