Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Photoshop is the universal program for making web graphics or any type of editing for an image. Overall, it is an image program that has endless limits into the functions you can use for Photoshop. It is absolutely amazing, thus it exceeds past MS Paint and Paint Shop Pro. The oldest version of Photoshop that is compatible with these tutorials is version 7. The recommended version is CS2 or 9.

-Feathering: Image feathering is useful in making blended images and rounded corders.
-Colouring I: An example of colouring with different blending options and effects with opacity.
-Colouring II: Taking colouring to a next level with gradients and blending options with opacity.
-Colouring III: Don't just change one layer of the tones; it doesn't look good. With changing certain tones and levels, this tutorial is all about Colour Balance.
-Colouring IV: New adjustment layers are everything. Using selective colouring, curves, brightness/contrast, and hue/saturation, you can make a pretty appealing coloured image.
-Icon I: Learn how to make a bright colourful beach icon from a low-contrast beach image.
-Icon II: A more difficult tutorial with selective coloring and more. We'll be going from a tainted-looking base, to a bright and luscious icon.
-Basic Texture: Make a texture with available resources like blends/textures and patterns.
-Blended Texture: Make your blended texture out of scratch!
