-yourpagename.ext you can change to any workable WWW compatible format--HTML, PHP, SHTML, XHTML, etc.
-width=450,height=455,scrollbars=yes,menubar=no which you can totally format it out. Change everything to your desired width and height in pixels and whether or not (yes/no) if you want scrollbars and a menubar.
