Redirecting
There is one simple HTML code included in the meta tags that will redirect a URL to another site URL.
The meta tags are within the head tags, but if you have absolutely nothing on the page, you just need the redirecting code, and you may add any additional information like, "Redirecting you in ---- seconds."

Redirecting code: <META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="NUMBEROFSECONDS;URL="HTTP://DOMAIN.COM">
Change NUMBEROFSECONDS to the number of seconds the site will take to direct to another URL, thus the HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" represents that it will be on the HTTP and will refresh to another page.
Also, lastly, replace HTTP://DOMAIN.COM to the desired redirected site's/site page's URL.

This is the end of the redirecting tutorials. Feel free to contact me for any questions or concerns.
